Fantastic coverage .

Great coverage and speed

it was very easy to set up and use, especially on our first trip to Japan. A time that is very anxiety inducing ended up being easier because of how simple the pick-up instructions and set up were for this :)

The WiFi was easy to hookup, easy to pick and easy to return. The only part with confusion was finding the small pickup location in Haneda airport.

Device worked great, had signal everywhere I went. Internet never got slow even with more than two devices connected.

Portable wifi worked flawlessly with no problems. I have rented from Japan Wireless in the past and will continue to do so in the future. It is convenient to pickup item at airport and return it at any mail drop.

My family while travelling in Japan kept in constant contact with family and friends back home with the help of the Japan Wireless pocket WIFI. The reservation, pick up and drop off was super easy. We would use this service again on our next trip back.
