Very convenient service! Would gladly take take anoher one from them when I come back in Japan.

We ordered the pocket wifi online from Australia a few weeks in advance and it was delivered to our hotel one day before our check-in. Connection and activation was quick and easy. We had 3 devices connected to it everyday and never had any issues with battery life. We just charged it at night when we returned to our hotel. The speed and coverage was great for our family during our three week stay in Japan.

Overall a great service. Will definitely use again

I spend 28 days in Japan, and the pocket wifi came in handy! Great connection and long lasting battery life! I highly recommend!

This is our second time using Japan Wireless. Just like last time it arrived safely at our first hotel, worked seamlessly throughout our trip, including on the ski fields of Hokkaido. Reliable effective and fast.

Definitely 10/10. So happy with the service , it was a life saver. We had ESIMs but when those did not work well, the WiFi did.

Very good coverage and great communication through the whole trip

Regarding the wireless eSIM, it was very good never got disconnected was able to use it wherever I went. I will recommend this to my family and friends.
