The pocket wifi we got was just what we needed for our trip to
Tokyo, Osaka, & Kobe. We did not even need the included power bank. Three devices connected to it was no problem at all. Getting the package from the post office was a breeze. Return packet was included and dropping it off at the post office was no sweat at all. Japan Wireless also emailed immediately me when they noticed that I had made a mistake with the pick-up point and they arranged for the change without any fuss. God willing, we will get our pocked wifi from Japan Wireless when we come back to Japan!

Excellent and reliable WiFi for all your Japan travels

I always subscribe to Japan Wireless every time I visit the awesome country! with Japan Wireless, from ordering on-line, to face-to-face pick-up and to drop return, always an awesome experience!

The instructions for pickup and drop off were clear. The mobile wifi worked extremely well even all the way out in Hakodate. Highly recommend having one while traveling around.

Quick pickup at the kiosk and the drop off was easy (mailbox in front of the departure gate).

The Wifi worked very well and was easy to setup

Excellent reception and immediate service! Perfect!

Very quick and easy to pick up and drop off. Worked perfectly throughout the trip.

Easy to use and reception is very good all over Japan. Used in Shinkansen and there was no interruption from Tokyo to Osaka. I will definitely use this wifi service in the future. Ease of delivery and drop off. My go to when I reach Tokyo.
