Pickup and return procedure easy to follow. However, request MUCH LARGER FONT on instructions on set up pocket wifi since smaller font are unreadable.

Pick up was easy, once we found the Post Office, return was a breeze. Just had to remember to charge it every evening and we had reliable internet access at all times.

The pocket wifi hub was very easy to use and supported mobile devices throughout Tokyo.

We were very pleased with the wifi system

Strong signals everywhere we went, even remote areas. Perfect!

Worked perfectly - easy to use, delivered to our hotel, great choice!

Process was great and returning drop off was easy.
Connection was easy. Only issue was occasional disconnecting.
