We were very happy with the pocket WiFi. Excellent connection for a family of four - will definitely use Japan Wireless again when we travel to Japan next time.

We were able to have access to Wifi everywhere we went while in Japan. It was cheaper for two of us to use one vs buying two SIM cards. The Wi-Fi was also very high speed and we never had issues with connecting.

Everything worked perfectly fine. Great coverage, not an issue.

Did not encounter any problems at all. Picking up and dropping of the items were easy. we just had a hard time connecting to the device. we asked the counter staff to help us but they dont speak english. Im still happy with the service.
