This was excellent, so glad I got it. Had coverage everywhere we went in Japan. Picked up at my hotel and I dropped off at mailbox near hotel in envelope that was provided. Price was reasonable, service excellent. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience

I loved how easy it was to transact with your customer service. So efficient.
I will definitely recommend you to friends who are travelling to Japan.

Easy pickup and drop down.
Working very good.

We visited Tokyo for 4 days and it was crucial to move around without much concern. We could translate, search for places, sharing live content with our people… Delightful! I would totally recomend it to my friends!

June 2023. This was honestly such a simple process to order, pick up and drop off this wonderful WiFi hotspot. We picked it up at Haneda airport, from a small kiosk. There were a few different kiosks that looked similar to me, but I found the correct one with a tiny bit of help. The product was a cinch to set up, and all of our iPhones, iPads and Mac laptops just connected, and stayed connected. The drop off at Haneda airport in a Japan post box was similarly easy. For a full day of touring and walking around, it was sometimes helpful to have the battery pack. Really, one of the best travel connectivity investments we've done, and we travel all over the world.

Any possible way for collaboration?

Organized and easy to follow instruction

This was one of the best decisions we made on our recent trip to Japan

Ordered and paid on line delivered to our hotel same day and we had unlimited internet access during our whole trip
Reliable fast speed internet
Highly recommend

We found the internet to

The device helped us travel with ease getting around Tokyo and surrounding cities. Allowed us across to google maps and other apps . Same day delivery to the hotel was a plus as I arrived late to the airport. Thank you so much for helping us travel safely and connected.
