It's a very easy-of-use internet access device. We love it, thanks

excellent service 👌🏻

Rented a premium WiFi as usual. Picked up at NRT T1 @ JAL/JTB ? Counter in the morning. Travelled with an adult child and a teenager who have been constantly on WiFi for connecting to friends, family members and searching for travel info. It worked well. Returning by dropping off in a pre addressed padded envelope on the morning of our departure {from NRT T1} is very convenient. One thing I question and thought that partial insurance costs for loss is inflated above the market value of pocket WiFi units.

Using the wireless device enabled to continue to provide service to my clients while I was visiting Japan. It worked quite well with only a few dropped connections. I would recommend this to anyone for whom a reliable connection is needed.

I’ve rented twice now for different trips, and I recommend to anyone visiting Japan.

The Wifi was waiting at my hotel in Hakuba for me, Hi Speed Internet for my entire trip, I could watch movies and download for my flight home also. Highly recommend the service

Wish it was a bit more affordable, but signal was stable most of the time and I was able to stream many. Thank you!

I highly recommend renting their pocket wifi, as it provides 5G internet connection and it's very useful while traveling in japan.

Delivered right into my hotel

Worked well during my stay!
