Excellent performance of the unit. The battery lasted the whole day even without recharging. Thank you!

Very reliable and fast connection. I only needed to charge the gadget at night after the day’s activity.

This is the first time I've used an esim, but it was quite easy to set up (took less than 30 seconds) and the service was pretty good (Nagoya city, Iiyama city).

I rented a portable wifi when I stayed in Japan for 2 months.
Japan wifi offered me a compact wifi with extra battery (even I didn’t have to use the extra one). It was a small and easy to use, so I could carried it around.

Very good, reliable. Only negative was the extra battery pack and cable didn’t work.

Super happy with this product and service. The device was well packaged, easy to find at the airport (Haneda), instructions straight forward and the unit was super fast! Even a clear reminder to post back BEFORE going through security. A mistake I have previously made… I will definitely be a returning customer! Thanks so much Japan Wireless!

I have used this before on previous trips to Japan and this time as there was the whole family, 2adults 3 teenagers, it was a no brainer having access to WiFi when needed instantly for all. No complaints . I also took the translator offer in addition and it works better than Google.Very handy it was.
