I use it everyday and has the best connection. Best decision to get Japan Wireless and when I switched to long-term the staff response is super quick!!

Easy to use and great coverage

Worked very well for me while traveling in Japan. East pick up and drop off. No complaints!

WiFi there when you need it. Always waiting for me at the hotel and very easy to return. Will always use when I'm in japan.

I always use the Japan Wireless pocket wifi whenever I go to Japan. Very reliable service!

16 days trouble free use; Tokyo, Nagaoka, Nagoya, Hiroshima, etc. I’d recommend Japan Wireless. Easy to drop off on return from Haneda, and comes with its own charge pack, just in case.

Good service. Although I suggest to update devices.

It was easy to use & convenient & affordable.

The best!! Always stays us connected

I loved how easy it was to get one
