It was very easy to order the pocket wifi and it was sent to the hotel on the day I arrived in Japan. It came with a free powerbank as well. I like that there is English support as well.

My e-SIM from Japan Wireless was a big help during my stay in Japan! I never had any problem with my connection.

Device is great and has wide coverage only experience I usually encounter is the assurance of the accessories that sometimes not working. Please improve on this. on top of it everything is good!

Product was easy to pick up and return at Terminal 2 Tokyo Narita. Staff friendly and helpful. Unit worked perfect Tokyo / Nagano / Nozawa and everywhere in between. The extra power bank gave full 24h autonomy to the small and easy to use router. Will use next time for sure.

Really straightforward and convenient. No issues with connection at all. Charge lasted all day each day and we never needed to use the portable charger supplied. Would have no hesitation in renting the same in future.

Simple pick up at the airport, easy to set up. Worked almost everywhere.
Battery life not too bad, needed to be charged daily with a top up during the day to keep it going.
Needed to be restarted a few times to reset the signal.
Used from Tokyo to Okinawa without any issues.

3 people sharing in Hakuba and Tokyo. Worked perfect 24/7
