Reliable signal, affordable price, easy to order, pickup, and return. Recommended. This is my second time using this wifi pocket. Thank you so much!!

Best modem, super fast internet, was there at the airport waiting for me ready to go and charged, the battery lasted all day I super recommend it and also rent the pocket translator if you can, helps a lot!

Used Japan Wireless on multiple trips for WiFi connectivity all across Japan. Last trip my flight got in late so had it delivered to my hotel and it was available upon check in. Reasonable price, decent connectivity, reliable, small size.

I have used Japan Wireless twice and both times have been seamless. Ordered online, scheduled pickup and drop off at the airport with no issues. Affordable and easy to get connected.

The whole process of ordering, receiving, usage and returning was seamless. Very well organised as you would expect and the unit performed faultlessly.

Worked well, pick up and return was very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

We were very rucky to have wireress device on our stay in Tokyo, Very Good 👍

This is my second time in Japan and I have used Japan Wireless both times. The first time was smooth pickup at the airport, great access, and easy return. This time I had a late flight into a smaller airport. There was no airport pick up available. Japan Wireless sent my WiFi to the post office just a block from my AirBnB. It was easy to pick up, communication with the staff was fantastic. The WiFi service worked and was great, on both mainland and Okinawa. While there was a spare battery pack, I ended up not needing it despite all day WiFi. Excellent!!!

This was so easy. Picked up at airport, dropped off at airport and had internet all the time in Japan. Never had issues. I would definitely use them again.

I tried to use the e-sim too but I didn't realize that my phone didn't have that capability. Japan wireless refunded me without issue.

Highly recommend!

Worth every penny. We even had service on the metro and in the stations when our friends (using roaming data from their US carrier) didn’t have service. The battery lasted almost the entire day almost every day, and the included battery pack came in handy on the days when the charge ran out. It was smaller than I had anticipated and easy to just toss in a bag/purse and kept with us. We had two phones connected at all times and had no issues with speed either. Would ABSOLUTELY use again and highly recommend.
