Easy reservation, precise delivery, device was working properly. Additionally given powebank is very useful.

Booking was easy. The device was delivered to the hotel a day before our arrival. Excellent coverage in Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto. Battery last around 12 hours with 4 devices connected. highly recommended

The wifi is mostly consistently strong. There are points in the day it will just stop working or the connection will drop.

However, 80% - 90% of the time, it works very well and a great resource to have on the go

Great pocket wifi option. Came with a battery back up as well which was also small and compact. I do wish the wifi box itself had a stronger battery, it lasted around 10-12 hours each day with two users, the battery backup worked only for one charge or less. Speed was impressively fast even when in remote countryside and by the ocean.

My Verizon service from the United States offers an "International Roaming" service, but it's expensive and patchy. This service was less expensive and worked everywhere - even deep in subways! The backup charger was a valuable added help too.
