I ordered this service before we left for Japan. At Kansai airport I claimed it and it was so easy. We stayed in Japan for 10days and no problem with our connection. Great help for us not to get lost, navigate our way easily. Before we depart Japan, returning the unit was just to put it in a provided envelop and drop it at the airport. I will definitely avail this when I get back to Japan. Thankyou

It works like a charm, anywhere and anytime,and also in the gorgeous little island of Okinawa!!

Commande faite alors que nous étions déjà au Japon, la pocket Wi-Fi est arrivée le lendemain à notre hôtel. Elle a très bien fonctionné partout. Retour très facile.
Seul inconvénient la batterie un peu courte. Mais en l'eteignant lorsqu'on ne s'en sert pas et avec la batterie de secours ça tient la journée.

Holiday in Japan. Ordered this sim to be sent directly to my hotel. After a bit of back and forth as some information was only sent once i had ordered the Sim (web site needs updating), turned up at the hotel and sim was waiting. Five mins to put in my phone and voila, had loads of data. Incredibly useful as google maps and translate are an englishman's best friends when visiting Japan! Went onto a cruise and the sim worked in all the areas we visited across Japan, e.g. Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Hiroshima, Aomori, Hakkodate.
