Really good, worked almost everywhere I went

I’ve been using using Japan Wireless for a little while now and I couldn’t be happier with the quality!

The Japan Wireless personal wifi was excellent. We did walking tours into remote mountain areas and it worked nearly everywhere. So much easier than organising new sim cards etc and then not having my own number accessible.
Picking up the personal wifi at Haneda Airport was a little confusing as the booth was quite small, but otherwise - easy to use and very efficient.

This was the best thing ever ! It helped being around the city and mostly saved us money with our Mobile carrier thank you for such fast wifi!

If you have a family that will mostly be together this is a great option for wifi in Japan! Connections were excellent, only issue we had was when we went to Mt Fuji and that was completely reasonable. With a full change and the backup battery we never had an issue with it running out of power. We had 2 phones and 2 iPads connected regularly.

Very easy process to secure and use. Second time using their reliable service.

The service was great and I will do it again!
