Used Japan Wireless Premium for a 10-day trip around Tokyo and Kyoto. Whilst we did not use the device for much beyond messaging, maps and the essentials, the service was overall excellent.
The battery life, whilst a little inconsistent, held up very well (on average somewhere around the 8 - 10 hour mark). For peace of mind, I would recommend the Power Bank extra unless you intend on bringing your own.
Pickup from the airport was fairly straightforward with clear instructions emailed in advance. Setup was surprisingly simple (even after a long flight!) and after the initial 5 minute initialisation phase everything worked flawlessly. Very helpful to have the pre-paid return envelope too.
Would recommend and would definitely use again.

It works very well, it has coverage everywhere. If I have to put a but is that even with the portable battery is not enough to have it plugged in all the time. Although it does not take long to turn on and give connection can be somewhat annoying. Also add that the device gets quite hot when it is plugged in for a while.

The company all perfect, no doubt in my next trip I will count on them but perhaps with a SIM and not with a pocket wifi.

The product worked great with no issues with service. Great value for the money! I have used this product many times and the only negative is the charging cords did not work properly on many occasions.
