We ordered just hours before we arrived to Japan and they delivered to hotel before we had even arrived.

Easy to use wireless, lightweight and also came with a powerbank which was a bonus.

Great service and quick and easy to post back which we did at the airport

We had the unlimited data which was great. Good speed (able to stream you tube for example). Efficient system, it was at the hotel when we checked in and we posted it back from the airport.

Great service! Internet connection is fantastic everywhere - even on the top of Mount Fuji.

Pocket WiFi was fabulous. My daughter and I were able to easily travel around Japan using google maps.
We could also both use it at the same time all over Japan. At one point a fellow traveler was having problems using WiFi on his Japanese phone and he was able to use ours.
We were able to use it all day and recharge it overnight but it was also reassuring to have a back up battery although we didn’t need to use it.

Works perfectly, had no problem with it. Will surely use this again for my next trip in Japan !

From ordering online, Japan Wireless answered my questions promptly and clearly. Delivery was stress free. Coverage was A1 and pocket WiFi’s stayed charged for long days!
