They were really helpful, however our flight has a huge delay, and we arrive in a different airport. The net was very stable. I recommend to everyone.

This service was great. Easy to use and convenient. Even though I had data on my phone esim it was good to have an unlimited service for steaming and the kid's tablets. We didn't use it he hotel wifi as this service worked consistently and saved hassle with configuring devices at each hotel. Pickup and drop-off were super easy. I recommend it.

We had a Japan wireless plan during our recent visit, l had it connected within a couple of minutes and it never let us down anywhere while we were there, if you are visiting I would highly recommend this service, we could not have navigated our way around without internet connection

Pickup was easy. Connection was fast and mostly stable. Battery lasted 12 to 14 hours. We never needed the provided powerbank. And dropoff was easy as well.

Went with the physical sim after experience last year with eSIM s on a trip to Europe. Found eSIMs on occasions quite complicated requiring assistance of an adolescent to get working. Japan-wireless physical sim worked perfectly from the get go and throughout the trip, no issues with coverage or speed ect, didn’t bother connecting to hotel wifi at all.

Highly recommended portable wifi when in Tokyo/Japan! It was my 2nd time to avail of their service and still great!

eSIM worked as expected. Good experience.

Ordered the Sim online easily from Australia and it was waiting for me at my hotel in Tokyo. Excellent service. Easy to install and activate. Had great coverage. Can't fault it.

Very good coverage all over

I preordered the device and pickup at the airport was super easy. The manual was also reduced to the max in a positive way. What you needed to know was explained. No fuss, no hassle. Connection was stable and fast. As a family of four, we all had reliable and fast internet, even in rural areas. Return in the envelope by mail was as straight forward as pickup. Just throw it in one of the mailboxes in Narita Airport. We will be returning customers.
