Perfect organisation, very useful
The process of renting out the pocket wifi was super easy and simple. I picked it up at the post office at the airport when we arrived, used it during our stay in Japan, packed up everything in the envelope that was provided, and dropped it off at the same post office at the airport before leaving Japan. I couldn't have asked for a simpler and easier rental process!
I used this device for 10 days never had a connection issue. Best deal for the money.
We used Japan wireless for our internet access whilst travelling in Japan. Everything turned up at our hotel as they said it would. We had internet access the whole time everywhere we went. Just packed it all up at the end of trip & posted back to Japan wireless in prepaid envelope too easy.
We were stuck in Tokyo with bad wireless at our rental and we rented a portable one. Great to have the service and have wifi at your fingertips
They really helped us out on getting the router
I recommend to all visitors to tent one from them
I've travelled around japan for 11 days and internet was a crucial key for navigation and searching cool place to rest and eat.
The mini router was really helpful and works really well with no problem at all.
Never meet a good service like this!
It's just perfect.I was connected everywhere I went.It was waiting for me at the airport and I just have to put it on a mailbox at the end of my trip.
A great service. Collection at the airport and drop- off hassle free. Devices easily connected and worked perfectly for our 2 week holiday . We walked in the mountains and toured the cities and always enjoyed full data and connectivity . It is very reasonably priced . I’d highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Japan.
Excellent, smooth procedure for picking up and dropping off the pocket wifi at the airport. Powerful and long battery life (kept all day), strong and reliable signal.
I recommend Japan- wireless
This was my first time renting a pocket Wi-Fi and the experience was fantastic. The process is so easy and well-explained. The entire process is explained online so there was no worry once I arrived in Japan. Once I received the product, the pocket Wi-Fi worked wonders. I had signal even in the mountains in Matsuyama. I was able to get around by myself due to this pocket Wi-Fi. A DEFINITE must for those traveling in Japan!!
