Received at the Narita airport Post office and used during all time of stay without any problems. Not sure if speed was the same as defined in the description, but unless you are going to play some online games requiring really fast connection, you're be perfectly fine

The email with pick up instructions could be sent out a day earlier, however with a bit of asking we found the pick up spot. Everything else was very easy to use.
