Worked well, easy to use. It was very handy as we travelled throughout Japan.
Pocket WiFi worked well and kept me connected throughout my trip in japan. I even had good service in the mountains! Customer service was fast and top notch. Highly recommend!
I’ve used Japan Wireless for my last three trips and each visit it has always been so easy to receive my pocket WiFi and get it set up. Return is so easy too. Japan Wireless is essential to my vacation when I travel to Japan.
Easy to order and from several previous uses delivery, performance and return simple and effective. Always great service and never any problems. A great product. Hunter
Cuando vuelva a Japón repetiré.
Es muy cómodo. Lo puedes guardar en el bolso o mochila y funciona muy bien
Excellent with the exception of some areas without access to the network
Pick up at Narita (NRT) was a breeze. You receive everything neatly placed in a sturdy pouch, including a battery pack for all day use of the hotspot. Connectivity was great, no loss of signal and speed was constant (and fast). Drop off at Osaka (KIX) was quick and easy. Highly recommended!
