Highly recommend, reasonable price and very easy and convenient. Wifi service was good all over tokyo city, even on subways.
Great service
I always use your service when traveling to japan
Convenient to pick up and drop back at the airport, was fully charged, and easy to use.
Perfect service, logistics, technical equipment, WiFi speed, payment, etc. : Everything just perfect, highly recommendable to every Japan traveller.
Good service. Very responsive.
It’s my goto pocket Wi-Fi, reliable, well priced and great customer support.
worked very well. will use it again
I have used Japan-Wireless many times and the process is very easy and straight forward. I had a small issue with usage only 1 time and the support team solved my problem immediately (it was my own mistake). Other wireless providers I have checked out have difficult order processes and total costs are not added until you give personal information or sign up. I would recommend Japan Wireless to a first time traveler or to someone that travels to Japan often.
