Arrived on time and without any issues. The only problem I had was that the battery didn’t hold a recharge for more than a few hours. Using the mobile battery solved the issue, but it did add weight, of course, and there were times I was temporarily without WiFi dealing with this. I’ve used Japan Wireless many times and always had a reliably excellent experience. I’m sure I’ll use this service again in the future, but I hope battery life is more thoroughly checked before sending Pocket WiFi units to customers.

Collecting the device from airport was easy and convenient. Network speed and coverage was great and had fast internet everywhere we traveled to in Japan, even in the more remote areas. Returning the device in the provided envelope was also very simple and convenient.

So glad we had this device on our 3 week trip to Japan. Ordering and pick up were extremely easy and returning at the end of the trip was made very simple by the company. We were very grateful to have the service for the whole time we were in the country, and it worked brilliantly.

Portable wifi worked great. No issues. We always had internet access on two devices, our iPad and cell phone. We didn’t even get a sim card. Back up battery wasn’t needed, just charged the device every night. Very pleased. Japan wireless dropped off at hotel for our arrival. We had to switch our hotel and they confirmed our change by email. Drop off at the airport was perfect. They let us know when they received it. All went smoothly.

It was very good. When I had a problem to put back an original SIM, they answered by the e-mail immediately. Excellent support.
Also, there was a discount as I used this company before.
