I’ve been purchasing SIM cards from Japan wireless for the past 2 years while traveling back and forth from the USA to Japan.
The customer service was quick at responding to an issue that arose with the delivery of a package. The price of a one month SIM card seemed reasonable to me and I will definitely use them in the future.

There was a problem with my original unit, but a replacement was delivered shortly after emailing them. The replacement worked perfectly as I anticipated it would, and I carried it everywhere. Will use Japan Wireless when I am next visiting in a few months time.
