I have used Japan Wireless twice now and both times it has been an easy, flawless service. Literally picked it up from checkin at my hotel, turned it on and off I went. Its as easy as that. Return envelope is suplied so you have very little to think about besides charging it up each night. A spare powerpack is supplied so even thats covered. I cant fault the service or the product. I would recommend to any traveller to Japan.

We couldn’t have been happier with the pocket wifi. It was easy to use, at our apartment before we arrived and easy to return.
