Fuss free and easy process. Signal strength is awesome.

Japan Wireless is reasonably priced. Especially when using a coupon code. Equipment was shipped very quickly and delivered on time. It arrives with a pre-address/postage paid envelope to send it back in. They're quick to reply if you have any questions. A backup battery and all cables/plugs needed shipped with the pocket wifi. I use them every time I'm in Japan.

Excellent reliable service

I have used Japan Wireless twice now and both times it has been an easy, flawless service. Literally picked it up from checkin at my hotel, turned it on and off I went. Its as easy as that. Return envelope is suplied so you have very little to think about besides charging it up each night. A spare powerpack is supplied so even thats covered. I cant fault the service or the product. I would recommend to any traveller to Japan.
