On advice from a friend living in Tokyo, I rented a pocket wi-fi and was pleased with the experience from beginning to end. In fact, I'll be renting again when I return soon. The online ordering was easy; the English-language information is very complete and straightforward throughout; the reminders prior to arrival and return are helpful; and the package of wifi unit, additional external battery, cables, pouch, and return envelope are perfect. Most importantly, the wifi worked great and enabled me to phone, SMS/text, email, and web just like I do at home -- some people didn't even realize I was out of the country. High-fives to Japan-Wireless!

Very easy to collect, use and return.
Couldn't have navigated through Japan without it.
2 Adults and 2 kids all used it simultaneously and easily.

I found it to be very simple and not difficult in ordering & reserving a pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless.

This was the second time I used your company. Next time I come back to Japan I will use you again.

I rented from this company in 2018 and 2019, happy enough to reserve again in 2023.

Easy process to place the order.
Prompt delivery

I've used Japan Wireless services for the last 8 years when travelling to Japan. Always puts my mind at ease as their services are very consistent. Especially receiving my wireless pocket router at any hotels I'm arriving at.

I always order at Japan Wireless. The connection is very fast and their service is quick and reliable. They always reply on your email quickly and they always have a quick solution if you have a problem. Best service ever!

easy to order and very easy to return the package

This portable wifi was perfect for our week long vacation in Tokyo. We picked up the device at Narita airport with no issues. The instructions were easy to follow and set up. It was nice to also have the portable charger as well. We returned the device to the airport when we left again with no issue. Would definitely recommend!
