Easy to order, collect & return great network coverage and speed with the plan I took. Very reasonably priced as well
Thank you very much for the wonderful service. I am very happy and satisfied.
I was traveling to Japan and was debating between a sim card vs a pocket wifi. I ultimately decided on a pocket wifi, and I am glad that I did. I use AT&T and although they do have an International Day Pass for $10 a day and won't charge for more than 10 days a month ($100 total), I was looking for a more economical option since I was only in Japan for 7 days. I chose the premium wifi, and it was about $47 total. I loved how they included a back-up battery, although I rarely had to use it despite being out all day. It was only on the days that I started super early and stayed out really late, over 12 hours of usage. The pick up and return was super easy. I had it sent to my hotel ahead of time and returned it at Narita airport via drop off at a mailbox before the security check. My boyfriend had an e-sim and at certain points he didn't have signal i.e. subway stations that were extremely underground but I didn't have an issue with the pocket wifi. If you're traveling with friends, you can have up to 10 devices connected so you can definitely share costs. It only would not be as convenient if you plan on splitting up during the trip.
It's a good option for travelling without worries for having internet.
It was easy to place my order , and the charge was reasonable. Will use this service next time I go to visit Japan.
