Very good, and brand new WiFi router! The old ones were not as reliable as these, I’m very impressed will rent again!

Exactly as advertised. Great and smooth process.

Worked on multiple devices simultaneously without any issues throughout the trip. Good coverage even inside buildings. Ours was only 4G but seemed fast enough.

Excellent service and very useful in the train stations.

Booking, reception, set up and sending back were very simple and well explained

Easy to use and good wifi connection

Easy pick up and drop off! Worked great and the battery lasted all day. We were so glad we had this to help us navigate.

Highly recommend, used it for google maps, never had any connection issues and easy to connect.

Easy pick up, operation, return. Reception everywhere from Tokyo to Hokkaido to Niigata...no issues.
