Perfect! Easy to use, perfect instructions, easy to find and to leave!
Thank you

Very easy to work with company to have unit delivered to my hotel, use of device (absolutely no problems and strong wifi) and returning at the airport was easy. I would definitely use again.

Las sim nos brindaron wifii durante un mes sin problemas!

Very straight forward to pick it up, set it up and drop it off. It made my Japan stay easier.

The second time I've used this service, and the pocket wifi was just as great as before. A consistent 10mbps everywhere I went, so it's a pretty convenient alternative to an eSIM (as long as you have spacious pockets)!

Went on a 16 day trip to Japan and used Japan Wireless. The service and product worked great. Small issue with the powerbank but Japan Wireless sent me a new one in less than 24 hours. I would use them again on my next trip. I appreciate their service and courtesy.

Japan wireless made exploring easy and exciting. With the accessibility of WiFi we were able to be out at all hours without any worries. Will def recommend Japan Wireless to any friends visiting Japan.

Excelente señal en Tokyo, Kyoto y Osaka. Muy buena opción! (no se puede colocar Hotspot a diferencia de otras opciones de Esim. Tener en cuenta al comprar)

It was so easy to book a wireless device and easy to use, the signal was really fast the price was excellent
