Wonderful internet service. It worked the whole time I was on the trip.

The service was exceptional. Thank you!

This is my go to pocket wifi rental company as they always deliver it to my hotel on time every time I go to Japan also their staff is always helpful for all my needs and I thank them for it very much.

Great service and signal is very good.

I loved that it's 5G. Battery also has long life.

The service is excellent. The connection during our stay is reliable.

We ordered two ! Was very helpful battery lasted about 8 hours and had no trouble connecting any where :)

Price is a bit more than some, but the convenience was excellent. They delivered it direct to my hotel and it was waiting for me when I checked-in. Connectivity was great and didn't let me down. Unlimited data was provided. So there was no lag. Having a backup battery was great as well. None of it was large or heavy. I was able to store it in my side pack easily. I would rent this again.

Very dependable during my family's vacation. It was my BFF as we really didn't get lost as we're online all the time to access our navigation and translation apps.

Ordered a pocket wifi for my trip to Japan. Worked out great. Great service and very affordable. Would recommend for anyone traveling. Will use again on my next trip to Japan!
