I carried the mobile Hotspot everywhere i went and it was extremely helpful, great connection and data speed. I would not travel in Japan without one.

For this visit, I walked over 100 miles all over the nooks and crannies of non-touristy neighborhoods in Tokyo and my service worked 98% of the time. I have used JW for 2 two-week trips and have been satisfied both times. I will use them again. Website is easy and everything went perfectly smooth for pick-up and drop-off. I looked at another prominent service, but found their reservation process glitchy, so I stuck with JW and happy I did!

Absolutely fantastic service. it was fenomenal to walk around and be connected all the time. Perfect when map guiding was on. We also took the translator and it was really good. I spoke in swedish and the unit spoke out in japanese. By clicking another button the translation was reversed. Fantastic when comunicating with local people. I highly recommend this service. The attached return envelope was an easy way to return the units. 10/10

Pocket wifi utilisé pour un voyage à Tokyo . Commandé quelques jours en France avant le départ. Aucune difficulté pour le récupérer à l’aéroport et le mettre en marche immédiatement à mon arrivée . Indispensable lors du séjour pour avoir Google maps et Papago ouvert H24 sans se soucier du réseau ni de la sécurité des données de votre portable. La restitution a également été très facile. Vraiment simple et facile, a refaire à chaque voyage au Japon ! Super service 👍

I stayed in Japan for 19 days and I had unlimited data. It was really adorable and reliable even in rural Hokaido!!

Cannot recommend this enough for travelling through Japan. We arranged to have the pocket wifi deliver to our hotel so it was there when we checked in. Set up was super simple and was able to connect both mine and my wife’s phones as well ass my iPad and then my daughters phone when she joined us later during our trip. Coverage was excellent, did not have any dead spots and browsing speeds were good. We did not stream any movies so cannot comment on that, but overall we were very happy with the device. We always carried the spare power pack but had very little use for it.

The service was reliable and effective. Coordinating pick up and return was also very simple. An overall great experience!

It was very easy to reserve, collect, use and return the pocket wifi set. We collected the wifi device from the designated counter at the airport. The wifi connectivity was very reliable , good and fast. Returning the pocket wifi set was very easy - just place the device set in the envelope and drop it into any post box.
