I recommend ordering the unit a head of time and pick it up at your hotel lobby. The wifi was great and the device lasted more than a full day. Was very happy with the speed of the internet. I would use this again in the future.

Absolutely fantastic. Very happy I made the decision to use Japan Wireless while holidaying. My family and I recommend using Japan Wireless whenever travelling throughout the wonderful country of Japan.

Essential in our trip to japan. All perfect

The cable was broken but everything else worked very well.

Solid product for the price. I appreciate that they added the battery charger along with it. There were some places where the service dropped but that’s to be expected. Overall was good!

Super service over all: delivery, the device worked perfectly, return option at the airport was super easy!

Very good service.
I recommend it.

It worked as it should. Telephone addicted children were happy.

The device works properly, long battery and strong connection
All perfect. Suggested

Received my device directly at hotel, worked perfectly for my 3 weeks trip. Easy to use, good signal coverage everywhere. Easy to return the device at the airport. Highly recommended!
