Everytning is great;

Convenient, quick delivery, good network

this is my second visit to Japan, and every time i am using SIM cards by japan-wireless, service is exceptional!

Great coverage. Easy delivery and drop off. Not too heavy to carry each day.

From reserving the pocket WiFi to pick up and drop off, the whole process was such a breeze. We were able to use the pocket WiFi as a family with extreme ease and never encountered any issue while connecting. Highly recommend!

The pocket Wi-Fi is an easy to use device. Just turn it on and enter in the password on your phone or device you want to connect with. Returning was easy.

I do however recommend eSim if your phone support it. We had both for flexibility in our travels which others may or may not need.

Very simple to use, works perfectly

eSIM worked well throughout Hokkaido without any issues. Installation was easy. The data was fast and reliable !

Very good and easy to get internet faster

Couldn’t have asked for anymore from a wifi service. Will use again
