This is the second time we’ve used Japan Wireless for our pocket wifi. Like the last time, everything worked great and pickup/drop off was seamless and easy! Would definitely recommend and use again!

Thanks to my Dad who went the year before recommended getting this and I’m glad I did. It was easy to use and operate, came with everything in a pouch the device was a reasonable size. It was easy to mail back as the airport had a mailbox. I loved that they were able to deliver to the first hotel I was at. Reception is spotty with unlimited data so this was a great backup option when using Google maps/internet. Definitely recommend. No cell service in Okinawa where I was so this was a life saver. Thank you.

I recommend anyone traveling to Japan to rent one of these. Works everywhere. We never had to worry about not being connected. And it was easy to pick up (delivered to our hotel) and easy to drop off at the airport on our way home.

I purchased the 5G eSim for my iPhone 16 Pro Max. It worked flawless during time trip to Japan. Very easy to set up. The scanned the QR code and was up immediately after switch over data to my new Japanese eSim. Highly recommend.

I had absolutely no issues with service availability for the 2 weeks I utilized the mifi for personal travel. This included trips to other major cities across Japan and the space between via rail.
