My daughter was an exchange student in Japan for two weeks. Japan Wireless pocket WiFi gave us the peace of mind while our daughter was in a different country far away from home. Very reliable and she was able to communicate at any time and anywhere. Japan wireless made sure they deliver on time for my daughter to receive it when she checked in her hotel. We rented this premium wifi on our 10 day visit to Japan. We used it in Tokyo, Kyoto and neighbouring areas and always had very good service. It was great and we would surely recommend anyone travelling to Japan to rent it as well. Pick up an drop off procedure is very easy too.

Transaction was smooth and convenient. Very good customer service. Internet was very fast also with no data cap. Added bonus is the extra battery for the unit which are not provided by other providers.

This product was great! It worked everywhere we went within Osaka & Kyoto with no connectivity issues. The battery lasted all day, only really have to charge it overnight! Wifi was fast as well.
