Our older smartphones didn't do e-sim or international calling so portable Wi-Fi seemed the best option. It worked great! Ordered the 1st day in Osaka and received it the next day. Came fully charged and the optional power bank was fully charged as well. Dependable Wi-Fi through our entire trip and drop-off at the airport postal box was convenient too.
Thanks for providing this service.

The service great weather you were in Akame, Katsuoji, or Shibuya.

Everything is self explanatory, they left clear instructions and the wifi was so good and cheap for the whole family during our trip

Using the Japan Wireless pocket WiFi was perfect. It always worked, never an issue. Connecting to it was very easy. 10/10. We’d use it again!
