Great device. Connection and speed were excellent. Only once did we have an issue connecting but we turned it off and then on again and issue resolved.

5/5 would do it again. Did not have problem with connection at all. Easy return and easy pickup!

Easy and well functioning device

Pick-up from Narita airport was a breeze and instructions for use were clear and easy to understand. I ordered the pocket translator as well, but didn't find a need for it the entire trip. Return process from the airport with the pre-stamped mailer was easy as well. I prefer the pocket wifi over an e-sim because multiple family members can use this with all of our devices.

The pocket wifi was excellent for us while b travelling in Japan. Had no trouble using it.

A great device for constant wifi access! Japan wireless is easy to order, airport pick up and returns when leaving. This is my 4th time using Japan wireless. Plan on using again in December:)

We used this for 12 days from Tokyo to Osaka to Kyoto. We never had connectivity issues and were overall satisfied with the service. Pick-up was also easy from Narita, and drop-off was simple (just find a red postbox in any airport). We prefer this over e-sim to save phone battery. Arigatou gozaimasu for the excellent service!

Easy to pick up. Easy to drop off. Easy to set up. Also comes with a portable charger to charge the pocket wifi when you are out and about! Great option if you need wifi!

We were very happy with the product. We had 24/7 wifi.
Also the service is impressive. When we arrived at our hotel the enveloppe with the wifi-box was waiting for us at the reception desk.
Just before leaving Japan it was easy to send the product back. Once we arrived in our home country we had a message in our in-box to confirm that the box was received by Japan Wireless. Excellent!
