Worked great!

It's easy to get it, to use it and it helps a lot in a country where you need internet most of the time just to move in the cities, very recomended.

The wifi box was so easy to use and conveniently sent to the airport ahead of time.. dropping ot off after use was just as easy with a prepaid envelope we could drop right off at the airport as well.... would definitely recommend and will use again.

SIM delivered to the first hotel. Installing SIM and setup was straight forward. Worked without any problems throughout the three weeks I stayed in Japan (Tokyo, Nagano, Kyoto and Osaka). Wil use this again.

Great service

I ordered this wi-fi device through Japan Wireless "last minute" after not being able to secure one from other companies just days before my arrival in Japan. I was skeptical at first, considering other companies said they didn't have any devices available. How could this company have one readily available, at such a great price?

I picked up the device at the Haneda airport. It was very straightforward and easy to use. Service was excellent. Coverage was amazing. And I had no worries whatsoever during my entire trip.

I highly recommend Japan Wireless and I will definitely use them again when I return to Japan. Five stars (I'd give them more if I could)!

Pick up and return were easy and the wireless was reliable. The power bank was very helpful to keep the WIFI and the phone charged.

First time using Japan Wireless and I wish I had of use it before.
My delivery was waiting for me when we arrived at Narita Airport.

Excellent product

An unbelievable convenient service that is extremely reasonably priced but more importantly very well functional all over Japan that keeps you connected to all friends all over the world at all times.
You receive your Wi-Fi promptly on agreed upon date & place fully charged with an extra charger and the Wi-Fi is great for multiple users. My wife and I were continuously connected in Tokyo, Hiroshima, Osaka, Kyoto, Mount Fuji, Hakone. We never had to worry because of the extra charging battery. Carrying it was very easy because it came with a convenient purse that is comfortable to carry or put in a fanny pack. Drop off was even easier because it came with a mail envelop that you put the purse in & drop it in any mail box.
I highly recommend it without any reservation. It contributed tremendously to a wonderful vacation & made it unnecessary to have any phone because with the your phone on Airplane mode, the Wi-Fi, and the WhatsApp you are always connected
