The device worked fine and I had almost everywhere I went in Japan WiFi at a good spead. Only in the mountains I sometimes had no WiFi.

The battery was drained quickly but with the supplied battery I had no problem

I would highly recommend to get Japan wireless service if you are visiting Japan. The speed of the internet was amazing and there were no connectivity issues except in the undergrouds! Additional power bank is like a bonus. You can charge your phone as well as mobile wifi modem on the go.
Prebooking as well as return of the package was very easy and I got a discount of 1000 yen using jwmagaazine website. I would recommend to look for your discount code too.
A perfect service for short stay!

Worked great during my whole trip to Japan. Easy to use and easy to get hod of. Got it at the airport and returned it when I left. Realy nice and convinient.

Fast, reliable and easy/flexible pick-up/drop-off! Good enough battery if you charge nightly (and great with the extra battery for when you forget)

worked perfectly during the whole week

Excellent and will be using this service again when we come back to visit Japan!

Facile, pratico e veloce. Lo consiglio vivamente!

It’s was amazing to have WiFi everywhere we went and made us feel like we could never get lost

Merci bcp.
