Worked great during my whole trip to Japan. Easy to use and easy to get hod of. Got it at the airport and returned it when I left. Realy nice and convinient.

Fast, reliable and easy/flexible pick-up/drop-off! Good enough battery if you charge nightly (and great with the extra battery for when you forget)

Era già in albergo ad aspettarmi. La poschette era davvero pratica. Ha funzionato alla perfezione anche in metropolitana. Per la restituzione è bastato metterla nella busta già precompilata dalla ditta e inserirlo nella cassetta postale. Facile, pratico e veloce. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Excellent service et très conseillé lors d’un voyage au Japon. Réservé depuis l’Europe et reçu le kit à la réception de l’hotel comme convenu. Retour simple et pratique via une boîte aux lettres. Merci bcp.

Great device to have whilst travelling around Japan. Comes with power bank which is handy and the device lasted all day ( 12 hours)
