Very efficient!!!

We're very satisfied with this product. It was great to have the additional battery pack. The only thing that might have made it a bit better would be a second charger for the battery pack, but we got by without it just fine.

This is the second time I have ordered this product. The first time I traveled on all three main islands and the wifi worked flawlessly. Easy pickup at Narita, and easy drop off at Haneda on the last day.

This battery lasted all day! Only needed to use the extra battery once during the two weeks I stayed in japan. Had an issue with no signal, called the number provided and they helped me right away!! Great device, fast speeds. Would def use again!!

Excellent, convenient

Used this for 16 days in Japan and it was very reliable and useful. Easy to pick up at the airport, worked great, and let us access our smartphones and the internet throughout Japan to make our journey easier.
