Great service. Wifi delivered to our hotel before arrival, easy to use and provided great coverage throughout our stay. Easy return service as well before departure at the airport.

super easy to use and compact. I was out for 10 hours some days and didn’t even need to charge it! easy pick up and drop off too.

Tutto bene, ha funzionato alla perfezione.
Anche la modalità di restituzione è stata molto semplice.

Japan Wireless is the best, from the great prices to the delivery of the unit, either at the airport or your hotel. Comes with the Wifi unit, the extra battery and charging cable. It's so easy to return it and I had no problems using the unit while traveling around Tokyo and Osaka. Highly recommended!

I always rent from Japan wireless. Easy pick up and return process with QR code. Never any problem using.

Japan Wireless was flawless, everything went according to planned. Pick up, use and return. Conne ction was stable and reliable everywhere. We did Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima and Osaka, always connected!

Thank you, best service ever

Wholeheartedly satisfied with the service. Connection is spotty on certain roads or remote tourist spots however the ability to change network counteracts that and the battery life on it and the included battery is totally awesome. Not to mention that you can use this for 2-3 maybe even more people.

Ci ha seguito per tutto il viaggio senza lasciarci mai a piedi, dotato di batteria supplementare non rimarrai mai senza internet.

WiFi was tremendous help whilst on holiday
