I have done the rental of wi-fi routers in Japan Wireless several times now and, so far, every time all has worked as intended. Good delivery, internet speed and coverage are very good and the drop-off system is very convenient. I highly recommend.

Definitely worth the value, for tons of use for it during my 2 week trip in japan. At times it was better than hotel wifi and did not have any trouble getting connection while traveling around. 100% would recommend!! Will definitely be using this again when I go back to Japan next time!

During my visit (about 1 week) I was using router in Tokyo and Gunma prefecture. Network coverage is very good. There was no problem with availability of signal. Regarding speed of conection, in depends of place. Mostly is was comfortable to use, but in some places, speed was too low - it was not possible to use YouTube or even browsing of internet was difficult.
Nevertheless, I will also use it during my next visit in Japan.

Actually it was very useful and worth since we had no problems obtaining train information gathering data on sight seen, and other relevant data within our travel in Japan. Appreciate very much.

Worked great. Battery was long lasting too. Helped me stay connected to friends, family, and to Google maps!

If you're visiting Japan, this is a must have! Ordered at least a day before you're due to arrive.
Pick up was easy from the airport. The pack came with the wifi dongle, cable, battery pack and prepared envelope to put in the post to return.
The best thing is that you only need one wifi dongle per group as you can all connect to it and use your phones as long as you're together.
Definitely recommend this to all my friends and family who will be travelling to Japan.
