We found the portable wifi from Japan Wireless to be invaluable on our recent trip to Japan. It was great to be able to share photo and video updates of our travels to our family in real time. The service including delivery to our hotel was first class . It was super easy to return the unit at the airport before flying home.

The Wi-Fi device worked well for me. It fit easily in my pocket, it worked well everywhere in Japan that I visited. I would use it again in future trips.

A little difficult to locate in the airport, but super easy to collect and set up and worked perfectly without the backup charger for 2 devices for over 12 hours. Easy to return. Loved it.

Ordered the night prior to flying out from USA, and we received it upon check-in at our Hotel in Japan. It came in a pouch along with a power bank, cords, plug adapter, and a Pre-Paid Envelope to return it. It was small and very easy to set up, and it worked really good. Return was super easy. We were able to drop it off in the Post Box at Haneda Airport prior to flying out. I’d definitely would recommend this company and their services.

I've been using this service for approximately 5-6 years when I travel to Japan. I've never had an issue. I appreciate the fact that a return envelope is provided so that I can just drop in post office box. This is the best wifi service I find most convenient.

Perfect service, perfect reception!

I rented this wireless router for our trip to Japan. We travelled from Tokyo to Kyoto, Osaka and Hiroshima. The router was very reliable and provided consistent Wi-fi. We had to charge the device every night. The company shipped the router to my hotel for pickup and then provided a pre-paid envelope for me to package the router and drop off at a post office to return. It was very easy and convenient. I would use again and recommend.

Traveling from the USA to Japan, we needed a way to stay connected. We looked at e-sims and didn't find them too practical as we were traveling with both of our kids. Wireless hub from Japan Wireless was a lifesaver, we never lost connection. Battery lasted pretty much all day and that's with 4 cellphones connected, device is very small so it was easy to carry around. We were able to make phone calls without having to worry about hidden fees. Our stay in Japan was for 10 days and I believe the total as around $70 with unlimited data!, so price is phenomenal. We picked up our unit in a Kiosk at Haneda Airport, Terminal 3. They provide a charging bank, cables, wall charger, carrying pouch and envelope for return. You drop them off back at the airport at any RED mailbox, you'll find them all over the place. Will definitely use them again when visiting Japan.
