Our router was at our hotel on check in. Very easy instructions and worked basically everywhere we went. The extra battery allowed 4 phones to connect and use the internet the entire day.

We were pleased with the company’s ability to fulfill our request. Return process was simple. Thank you!

Ease of hire was great. Unit was at our hotel when we arrived and postage at airport was so easy. A great service while we were travelling in Japan.

Very good connection almost everywhere. Just hope that you can give discount

Thanks for the great service, including ordering, delivery, pickup and product. Only gripe was the address on the return envelope, didn't appear to be correct but obviously was.

Good performance, great coverage in any area in Japan
