Excellent, easy to use, fast, reliable, ample data and coverage. Can pickup or have delivered. We picked up at Haneda. It was easy to find and fast. We dropped off at the post box also at Haneda. Very reasonable prices, the cheapest and had insurance, extra battery. It is the best server we found in Japan.

We rented a unit for 7 days and the unit lasted about 6-7 hours on a full charge. It also came with a portable battery that could charge the unit or our phones. We always rent from Japan wireless. Awesome rates.

So glad we ordered the WiFi hot spot. It was very handy to ALL DAY use everywhere went. I would not hesitate to do it again.

Those 3 words at the Review Title says it all. A little bit more expensive than others but it's worth paying the premium. This will be my Mobile WiFi partner when I go to Japan.

Really nice offer and very helpful for foreign people, who travel to Japan. It was very convenient that it had a charger that went along with the pocket translator + wifi device kit. Super happy overall and highly recommend. Thanks

Product and delivery to hotel was just great! 1 minor problem was returing 2 WiFi units in only 1 self stamped envelope provided. Had a hard time putting envelope into Japan's mail drop box (very small).

Servicio 10/10.

Easy process and the device worked brilliantly. Never had any issues and the price was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Japan Wireless offers a one of a kind service that is truly invaluable when travelling in Japan. They are helpful, communicative and the wifi hotspots work excellently.

Such convenience and excellent coverage.
