Excellent, easy to set up and use.

The WiFi was easy to use, had no connectivity issues. The pre paid postage envelope made it very easy to return. Very cool! Thank you!

Great to have this little beast in my ski coat and never worry about losing cell service! Definitely recommend

Excellent for walking in the streets of tokyo without thinking about having the internet or not. We've never been lost thanks to this!

We never lost connection. It made our trip to Japan even better.

Great wi-fii range. Very fast. Long-lasting battery

We used this portable wifi while in Japan. We lost connection a few times, but there were instructions in the kit to reset the unit, which fixed the problem. It was easy to book it from Australia, it was delivered to our hotel on arrival, it had very clear instructions and was easy to return it by post on our departure. All in all, an excellent product that delivered everything it promised.

We had wi-fi throughout our trip as advertised. This was our second trip to Japan using Japan Wireless and we have no complaints.

The ease of picking up the device at the airport and the fill instructions for set up were great. The service of the wifi was perfect...always fast and reliable. The only reason I csnt gove 5 stars is I had issues using the power bank and wasnt able to charge the wifi device on the go. Would recommend this company and would definitely use again!

Most effective & most reliable...had reception in most areas of Hokkaido & power was reliable for the entire day.
Product was reliably available at our hotel as promised and mailer envelope was easy to pack & send out at the end of our trip.....thank you!
