It was a very happy experience. I received the WIFI device one day prior to the reservation, and it was super easy to extend the period. The customer care team is also very quick to respond to the queries.

I'was very satisfied how well works this model.

It's very easy to order, get and return.
It also works well with good broadband.

Great service!! No problem during my trip! Thank you!

Excellent product for my travels in Japan!

My family always use Japan wifi when we go back Japan. Very convenient and easy to get and return. I always recommend to my friends

It worked at every place that I needed it to. Great wifi.

I always depend on this service when traveling to Japan. It’s reliable, essential, and the service is extremely convenient and great. The only thing I would mention is adding directions on how to pack in the envelope for return because the device can be too bulky to put through a mail slot (this is for when the post office is not open). Otherwise, I will use it again on my next visit when it happens.

Great experience just as the previous time.
