Easy to use and excellent WiFi

the pocket wi fi work very well, there is a very good signal even at some meters distance , it was constant and plain, so i used it with 3-4 different devices in the same time and i had absolutely no problem, in any place, also in the subway and trains .
i will surely book again next time i will go to Japan.
pick up and release was very easy and fast.

The reception of the device was without problems.
I received it in an envelope with all the instructions, bathroom and cable.
It starts in seconds and offers a very high speed and superior quality internet.
The device comes with a battery little bit used so the autonomy didn't last the whole day,
It would be preferable to have an extra external battery.
All in all an impeccable service.
I recommend with confidence

I used pocket wifi from Japan Wireless during my vacation. The device arrived quickly to the hotel, and was easy to use. The return was simple at the air port by dropping it to the post box. Will definitely use their service again during my next trip!

Easy to use and works perfectly

Very easy to use. It was my first time in Japan. The pocket wifi connection was strong. It worked amazing. I was even able to make video calls. The only complaint is the battery life. It does run out of battery quick (around 2-3 hrs). So make sure to bring the extra battery pack (provided as well). I highly recommend it to everyone.

Great service. Pocket wifi worked great. Thank you.

We recently toured Tokyo and Kyoto for 10 days, and we used Japan Wireless Premium Wifi during the trip. The connection was reliable. The price is reasonable. It’s a must when touring Japan.

Amazing product! It was very helpful during my stay in Tokyo.

Thanks much! Worked great. No issue.
