Excellent experience!

This little guy was such a life saver travelling around Japan, what a wonder! Worked from in underground subways to obscure mountain towns, would not travel Japan without one.

The procedure to receive and return the portable WIFI is very convenient and flexible. The WIFI connection is very strong and fast. Service is good as well.

This is the best wifi provider I had booked in all of my trips in Japan. I had a last minute booking hence I received the router a day late after I arrived and they refunded the amount of the day of the missed booking. The customer service was quick to reply to my queries and they were really nice. I highly recommend their products.
